What does it mean to be ‘healthy’ as a queer Asian womxn? How do we navigate a healthcare system that doesn’t represent us? Want to sit down and rant about bad healthcare experiences and share tips on what to do in the future?
Come join us on Zoom on Tues, June 28th from 6-8pm to absorb in some good vibes and lots of laughter while we talk about what health and happiness means to us!
At least ten participants will be compensated for their time with $15 food gift cards.
Part of ACAS’ Pillow Talk workshop series: by and for 18+ East & Southeast Asian folks of Marginalized Genders (cis & trans womxn as well as non-binary folks) to explore relationships to their bodies, intimacy, health, & more. More information on acas.org. Much thanks to ViiV Healthcare for helping us put this on!
CW: Frank discussions of sex and sexuality throughout the workshop, as well as discussions of medical trauma, histories, and injustice.
