PILLOW TALK – Feeding the Soul (& Your Being!)

Feeding the Soul (& Your Being!) will cover topics such as having a healthy relationship with food, how culture can be passed on through food, social aspects of eating and drinking, meeting individual needs, understanding credible information sources and finding what works for you. There will be plenty of opportunities for some fun discussions!
Join us on Zoom on June 10th from 6-8pm EST in Feeding the Soul (& Your Being!). This workshop will be hosted by Lindsey (she/her), a recent graduate from TMU majoring in nutrition and minoring in psychology.
Part of ACAS’ Pillow Talk workshop series: by and for 18+ East & Southeast Asian folks of Marginalized Genders (cis & trans womxn as well as non-binary folks) to explore relationships to their bodies, intimacy, health, & more.
