ACE combines ACT which addresses personal psychological resilience with SJCB to support people in community building, collective empowerment, and sustaining personal growth. Mental Health In An Asian Context An exploration of intergenerational trauma and Asian immigrant mental health from a perspective of both professional and lived experience, including topics such as filial piety, shame, and navigating our own needs, parentified children, the impact of emotionally immature parents, stigma in Asian communities around mental health and the racism behind it, and parental migration traumas and its impact on children.
