Lenard brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in community based programming, youth engagement, organizational development, and strategic operations. His commitment to equity, inclusion, health promotion, and culturally responsive services aligns strongly with ACAS’s mission to support and empower Asian communities affected by HIV/AIDS while advancing the health and wellbeing of Asian LGBTQ+ communities across Toronto and Canada.

As Executive Director, Lenard will lead ACAS in advancing its vision of healthier, more inclusive communities through HIV prevention, education, support services, advocacy, and community engagement. His extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and community development positions him well to guide the organization through its next chapter of growth, innovation, and impact.

A respected Toronto based nonprofit leader and program strategist, Lenard has dedicated his career to strengthening communities and creating opportunities for underserved populations. He has held senior leadership roles with BGC Toronto Kiwanis, WoodGreen Community Services, and the City of Toronto, where he successfully led initiatives in program development, operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and youth leadership.

Lenard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and passion for community wellbeing.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Lenard is a dedicated educator, mentor, and multi sport coach. He is certified as a Tennis Canada Instructor, holds NCCP Level 1 and Level 2 Basketball Coaching Certifications, and an NCCP Level 1 Volleyball Certification. He also serves as the Head Kids Muay Thai Instructor at Montrait Muay Thai, accredited by Muay Thai Ontario, where he helps young athletes build confidence, resilience, and discipline.

Outside of coaching, Lenard is an avid racquet sports enthusiast specializing in racquet stringing and equipment customization. He is also a skilled bicycle mechanic who enjoys restoring vintage road bikes into modern gravel commuters, reflecting his creativity, craftsmanship, and lifelong commitment to learning.

Oh is a Communications Specialist with experience in digital marketing, community outreach, and event coordination. He has led campaigns on public health and anti-racism, organized large community events, and developed educational workshops for Asian migrant farm workers. Skilled in communication management, content creation, and graphic design, Oh is passionate about building inclusive, impactful communications that support diverse communities.
