Hello ACAS family!
Back by popular demand – ACAS is excited to once again be hosting the Asian LGBTQ+ Digital Dinner Club!
While everyone has a different relationship to food – isn’t it amazing that it can mean so many things to so many people, apart from just a full belly? We love that food can tell stories, that it can transport you back to a fond memory or place, or that it can even show someone that you truly care about them.
Things are getting chilly outside, making it hard to always socially connect in these physically distancing times, but that doesn’t mean we can’t spice things up right at home! Join the ACAS Digital Dinner Club – a casual social event, where folks can come together around a virtual dinner table to chat, drink and be merry! Invite us into your homes, grab your favourite dishes/snack/bubble tea, and say hi to some familiar (or new) faces!
The event will be taking place on Zoom! There’ll be an option to broadcast video and audio, and while recommended, it is not necessary. (You can always chat in the text box if you’re more comfortable with that). Or, you can just leave us on in the background and focus on the fried rice in front of you because… it’s not going to eat itself…

This event is open to all Asian LGBTQ+ folks.
