ACAS Special General* Members’ meeting

The deadline to register for the Special General* Members’ meeting is March 25, 2026. This will allow us adequate time to coordinate FOOD and arrangements for seating. All of the relevant information and link to register are in emails that were sent to active voting members* and here is a recap of the basic details of the in-person** meeting.

*To vote at the SGM, you must be an active voting member at ACAS. We understand that the meeting name which includes “general” may make this confusing for some.

** In case you’re unable to join us in-person, please submit your proxy. This means that you can still and should participate!
