Welcome back to our second online Asian Movie Night!

This time we’ll be screening a documentary with a focus on family, being gay and coming out in modern-day China. The film is on Netflix and it’s called All In My Family:

“In this deeply personal documentary, gay filmmaker Hao Wu faces the dilemma of introducing his partner and children to his traditional family in China.” (Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXiSr8I39fM)

The movie will be hosted on the free platform Kast again. To join us, all you’ll have to do is:

1. Register your email to make an account with Kast
(https://w.kast.live/)

2. Email Zack at gaap@acas.org and a link will be sent to you on the night of the screening (Thursday May 21st)

(If you have any issues with your browser, try using Google Chrome https://www.google.com/chrome/)

Thoughts and reactions are welcome throughout the screening using Kast’s web chat feature, and we’ll also be sticking around for a bit afterwards to discuss the film. You’re welcome to come and go as you please throughout the night.

Screening starts at 7PM on Thursday May 21st!
